Faramarz Pendant Light

Five or nine faceted glass drops, each holding an exposed bulb of light, staggered at different heights on slim brass stems from one ceiling canopy.

Each shade is cut, faceted clear glass wrapped loosely around a single exposed bulb, so the fixture sparkles from the glass while still showing the warm glow of the lamp itself. The drops hang at staggered lengths from thin brass stems gathered at a single round canopy, a cluster arrangement built to suit a stairwell or double-height space where the cascading drop reads from below. The smaller version carries fewer drops on a tighter spread; the larger version spans the same range across more stems for a fuller spread.

Where it works: over a stairwell void, in a grand hallway, or above a table in a dining room with height to spare.

The exposed bulb is on full display through the faceted glass, so a warm-white decorative lamp will suit it better than a plain utility bulb.
