It depends on the light. This range includes USB-powered, rechargeable and plug-in lamps, as well as fittings that connect to household wiring. Check the power connection on the product page before ordering. A mains-wired fitting should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Is USB-powered the same as rechargeable?
No. A USB-powered lamp needs a USB connection while it is on. A rechargeable lamp has a battery that you charge first. Look at the product page for the connection and charging details of the light you choose.
Does the bulb come with the light?
It varies. Some lights have an integrated LED, while others use a replaceable bulb. Check the bulb details for the light you choose. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.
Can I return a light if it is not right for me?
Yes. Tell us within 30 days of delivery if you want to cancel a standard listed light. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage where the item can normally be posted. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or damaged items. Read the returns policy.
How long does delivery really take?
Each light has its own supplier UK shipping estimate on its product page. Processing before dispatch can add time. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Check the product page before buying and see our delivery page for how we handle tracking and delays.
What does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free for addresses accepted at checkout, with no minimum spend. Some higher-value imported parcels may attract VAT or duty. If any extra import charge would be payable by you, we will state it before you order. See our delivery page for details.
