Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

What it costs

Prices on this site are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and shown to you in full before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.

How long it takes

We confirm your dispatch and delivery window by email once your order is placed, so you get a real date rather than a guess. Larger chandeliers and hand-finished glass take longer than small fittings.

If we cannot deliver within the window we confirm to you, we tell you first, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If tracking has not moved for several days, email us and we will chase the carrier; that is our job, not yours.

If something goes wrong in transit

Until the goods are delivered to you they remain our responsibility. If a parcel is lost, or glass arrives broken, send a photograph to hello@cheragh.co.uk and we will replace or refund. We cover the cost of putting it right.

Before you order

Check the access to the room. Large chandeliers and long pendants need stairwell or ceiling clearance, and a delivery that cannot get through a door is an avoidable return for both of us. If you are unsure, email us the dimensions of your space before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether a piece will work.

Installation

Mains-wired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician. We supply the fitting; we do not install, and we cannot advise on your household wiring.
