Bojnord Table Lamp

A ring of light at the top of a slim copper stem, with hundreds of fine metal chains draped from it in a curtain that catches and repeats the light all the way down.

The chains are the whole idea. They hang at staggered lengths from the underside of a polished copper ring, and the integrated LED sits inside that ring shining down through them, so each strand lights up along its length and the group reads as falling water rather than as a shade. Everything is a mirror polished copper, including the stem and the round foot, which doubles the effect by reflecting the fringe back at itself. There is no bulb to fit and none to replace.

Where it works: on a bedside table, on a hallway console, or on a living room sideboard where it will be seen from across the room.
