A tapered brass cone with a faceted crystal tip, hung on a slack black cable from a plain round brass wall plate.
Most wall lights hold the shade on a rigid arm. This one lets it hang, so the cable makes a loose curve from the plate and the cone drops well below it. That changes what it can do: it is a low pool of light at bedside height rather than a wash up the wall, and it will move if it is knocked. The cone is burnished brass and closed until the very tip, where the hand cut crystal breaks the lamp into small bright facets. The plate itself is a plain disc with a single stem, so nothing distracts from the drop.
Where it works: either side of a bed as a pair, in a hallway, or in a bedroom where a hanging drop is wanted without a ceiling fixing.

The cone hangs loose on its cable rather than a fixed arm, so it will move slightly if the wall is knocked.

The fitting, its mounting hardware and an installation sheet. No bulb — you choose the brightness and warmth, and the parcel ships lighter for it.
