A softly ribbed, tiered ceramic base in cream, its layered rings adding real texture beneath a plain fabric drum shade.

The base is built from a series of rounded, ribbed layers stacked one on another, giving it a sculptural quality that a smooth cylindrical base would not have, all finished in a warm cream tone. Above it, a plain fabric drum shade diffuses the light evenly rather than throwing it in any one direction, keeping the visual weight in the base where the detail is. No wattage, socket or bulb information is confirmed by the supplier, so treat those as open questions until the supplier answers them directly. It sits comfortably in both a traditional room and a plainer, more contemporary one.

Where it works: a living room console or side table, or a bedroom nightstand where the tiered base adds interest without pattern.
