A wide natural linen drum shade sits over an exposed bronze frame holding three lamps, throwing a soft, diffused glow across a dining table or living room.

The linen shade wraps loosely around a bronze-finished metal frame that is left visible rather than hidden, so the geometry of the frame reads through the fabric when the three lamps inside are lit. Linen diffuses light evenly rather than showing three hot points, giving one broad wash of warm light rather than distinct pools. It has the scale to sit centrally over a dining table, and the same fitting can run from a bright dinner-table setting down to a low evening glow.

Where it works: centred over a dining table, or in a living room where a wide, diffused pendant suits a low coffee table setting.
