A pair of clear glass cones held in slim matt black bronze rod cages, each dropping to a turned spike. Candle light, upright, with nothing hidden.
The glass is a plain cone, wide at the mouth and drawn in at the base, sitting inside a crown of thin metal rods. Because the glass is clear there is no diffusion at all, so the lamp inside is fully on show and the light is sharp rather than soft. The supplier states the glass is notably thick, which is why it feels heavy in the hand and why the fitting uses a threaded interface so the shade screws down rather than clipping. The lamp holder is ceramic, which handles heat better than plastic and does not yellow. The matt black bronze finish is a solid brass body carried through a surface treatment rather than a paint layer.
Where it works: as bedside lights either side of a bed, along a hallway, or in a dining room or living room flanking a mirror, where an upright candle form suits the wall better than an arm and shade.

The glass is the thing to be careful with. It is thick, heavy and clear, so fingerprints show and a knock will not be forgiving.
Delivery and returns
Dispatch in 1–2 working days. Delivery 3–6 working days, tracked throughout.
Returns 14 days from delivery, no reason required. If it arrives damaged we cover the return — transit damage is our problem.
What arrives in the box
The fitting, its mounting hardware and an installation sheet. No bulb — you choose the brightness and warmth, and the parcel ships lighter for it.
