Yazd Spotlight

A single cylindrical brass head sits on an adjustable, tilting rod, angled from a flush ceiling plate to throw a directional beam exactly where it is aimed.

The head is solid burnished brass, polished then finished with an oil varnish that slows tarnishing and lets the metal warm in colour with age rather than dulling. It mounts flush to the ceiling on a round plate, and the rod between plate and head rotates so the beam can be angled towards a worktop, a doorway or a piece of artwork rather than spreading light evenly across the room. No lamp holder or size has been confirmed for this fitting, so check both before you order if you have a particular bulb in mind.

Where it works: over a kitchen island or worktop needing task light, or angled onto a piece of artwork along a hallway.
