Three clear glass LED filament golf ball bulbs on an E14 screw cap, 4W each at a warm 2700K. For fittings where the bulb is meant to be seen.

The golf ball shape is the small round envelope that candle style wall lights and small table lamps take, 4.5cm across and 8cm long including the cap. The glass is clear and the filaments show, running as vertical strips that glow warm, so these suit an open shade, a clear glass globe or a bare holder where a frosted bulb would look wrong. They are dimmable, which filament LEDs are not always, and the supplier gives the colour as 2700K, the warm white end that matches an old incandescent rather than a cool modern LED. Glass and aluminium alloy, sold in a pack of 3.

Where it works: a bedroom or living room fitting that takes a small Edison screw cap, and any clear or open shade where the bulb is part of the design.
