Marand Wall Light

A soft sage green glass cylinder with deep vertical flutes, carried on a warm gold arm and wired with a plug instead of into the wall.

Green glass against gold is a warmer pairing than the same shade on black metal, and the flutes catch the metal tone at their edges so the two materials read as one object rather than two. The tint sits in the glass itself, deepening in the thick ribs and almost clearing at the thin ones. The arm cranks out from a round backplate and turns down to a gold collar that grips the shade. A cable runs from the backplate to an in-line switch and a plug.

Where it works: a bedroom, a living room alcove, or a landing wall that gets no daylight. Plug in, so no electrician and no chased cable.

Use a warm white LED. A cool white lamp pushes the sage towards grey and flattens the gold.

Returns 14 days from delivery, no reason required. If it arrives damaged we cover the return — transit damage is our problem.
