Hafez Chandelier

A wagon wheel ring turned in solid wood and banded in black metal, this chandelier hangs six clear glass shades on twisted jute straps for a rustic centrepiece with real weight.

The wheel itself is the design: a wide ring of natural-finish wood held together with black metal strapping accents, exactly like a cart wheel rebuilt as a light fitting. Six clear seeded-glass cylinder shades hang from the rim on jute rope, each housing an exposed lamp so the filament stays visible rather than hidden. The rope softens the hardware and reads as genuinely handmade rather than machine-turned. It reads as a proper statement piece, built for a room with height and a farmhouse or rustic lean rather than a tight modern hallway.

Where it works: over a farmhouse kitchen island, above a dining table, or in a hallway with a vaulted or sloped ceiling.
