Description
A woven seagrass drum shade hung on a short black steel stem, sitting tight under the ceiling where a pendant would not fit.
The shade is grasscloth, wrapped so the strands run vertically, and it is loose enough in the weave that light comes through the sides as well as out of the ends, which gives the room a warm speckled glow rather than a flat pool. The natural tan of the seagrass sits between beige and straw and shifts with the light. Holding it up is a short stem and a round ceiling plate in black steel, which grounds a natural material against a white ceiling and keeps the fitting from looking like a basket. It hangs low enough to read as an object without taking headroom.
Where it works: a bedroom, a dining room, or any low ceiling where a pendant drop would be in the way.

Returns 14 days from delivery, no reason required. If it arrives damaged we cover the return — transit damage is our problem.
