Deylam Pendant Light

Three rippled amber glass shades hung at staggered heights on slim brass stems, close enough together to read as one fitting over a table.

Each shade is blown into a soft, irregular oval with hollows pressed into the surface, so no two catch the light the same way, and all three hang from one brushed brass canopy on black textile cables in this three-shade design. The stems are brass and visible, which is deliberate: they carry the eye down from the ceiling and stop the three globes looking as though they are floating unsupported. The glass is transparent, warm amber, and each shade adjusts individually for height, so you can set them level over a table or step them down a stairwell.

Where it works: centred over a dining table, above a kitchen island, or dropped into a stairwell where the staggered heights can be seen from below.

The shades are recorded as transparent gold in the supplier's own colour field but photograph as a warm amber, so expect that richer tone rather than a pale clear glass.
