Izeh Table Lamp

A hammered antique brass lamp base shaped as a teardrop urn with a sloping shoulder and a short neck to take a shade of your choosing.

The hammering is deep and irregular, thousands of shallow dimples pressed into the metal so that each one holds its own highlight against the aged, mottled brass that turns the whole base into a field of small warm reflections rather than one flat sheet. The profile swells from a narrow foot to a full shoulder, then pulls in sharply to a short neck where the lamp holder sits. It is a base only, on a black powder coated cable with an in-line switch part way along it.

Where it works: a bedroom chest of drawers, a hallway console table, or a dining room sideboard, once you have paired it with a shade.
