A rectangular black glass box holds three bulbs behind clear panes, topped by a curved scroll arm off a square backplate.
The lantern is a simple black-framed box with clear glass on every visible side. The clear glass keeps all three lamps in full view rather than filtering the light through tint or texture. A curved scroll arm lifts the box away from the wall and gives it a slightly traditional silhouette, while the square backplate keeps the fixing itself unobtrusive.
Where it works: beside a front door, on a porch, or along a garden wall.
