A single wide disc of patterned cloth, folded once and hung flat under the ceiling, so the fitting reads as a piece of fabric rather than a lampshade.

There is no frame here in the usual sense. A wide circle of printed polyester is folded across itself and held from a short cream stem, so it sits as a soft half moon with one corner turned back and a raw stitched edge showing along the fold. The print is a mottled two tone in cream and sand that reads as texture from below rather than as a pattern. Light is thrown upward across the ceiling and downward through the cloth, so what you get is a wash rather than a beam. This is a decorative accent light rather than a main one.

Where it works: a bedroom, a living room, or a hallway where a soft wide shape suits a low ceiling better than a drop.
