Saravan Wall Light

A slim brushed brass bar with a frosted acrylic tube at each end, so the light reads as a soft vertical line on the wall rather than a pool of brightness.

The bar is galvanised metal in a brushed brass colour, held off the wall on a short arm from a round backplate, with the two acrylic diffuser tubes set at opposite ends so the fitting lights upward and downward at once and the whole thing reads as one linear stroke. Each tube glows evenly along its length rather than throwing a single hot spot. The LED is built in and permanently installed, which keeps the tubes slim, and the output is an accent light rather than a room light. It reads warm, so it sits comfortably next to filament lamps elsewhere in the room.

Where it works: in a pair as bedside wall lights, along a hallway, or on a living room chimney breast. It is hardwired, so it belongs in a room being rewired or already prepared.
