Jajrud Table Lamp

A wound cord column carrying a two step cord shade, so the whole lamp glows from the base upward rather than only under the shade.

Both parts are built the same way: a metal frame woven tightly in natural linen cord, turn against turn, so the surface is a fine horizontal rib from top to bottom. The shade is stepped, a smaller cap sitting on a wider drum, and the base is a plain column, which gives the lamp an almost architectural profile. Because the cord winding is not solid, light escapes through the column as well as through the shade, and the whole stand lights up softly rather than staying dark. Beige throughout, with a fabric covered cable.

Where it works: on a bedside table, a hallway console, or a living room side table where the glowing base can be seen.

Check the cable length with us before you order. Everything else about this lamp is straightforward, but an unusually short lead would be unusable and the supplier data says exactly that.
