Khuzestan Pendant Light

A soft onion shaped lantern in sand coloured fabric stretched over slim wire ribs, gathered at the collar and open underneath. It glows rather than throws.

The ribs run from the top collar down over the swell of the shade and tuck under at the base, with the fabric pulled tight between them, so from across a room it reads as one smooth volume and up close it is clearly ribbed. Lit, the fabric turns a warm sand and the ribs show through as fine darker lines. The open bottom drops light straight down onto a table while the rest of it diffuses out through the fabric. It is big enough to hang alone over a table rather than needing a row of them.

Where it works: over a dining room table, above a living room seating area, or in a hallway with height to fill.

Fabric over wire dents easily and does not push back out, so unpack it slowly. A warm, low output LED is plenty inside a shade this size.

Returns 14 days from delivery, no reason required. If it arrives damaged we cover the return — transit damage is our problem.
