Sepidan Chandelier

Eight slender brass rods radiate from a central ball hub at uneven angles, each one tipped with an exposed bulb, an adjustable-drop chandelier built to read as sculpture as much as light.

The rods splay outward from a brass sphere in eight directions rather than a symmetrical grid, so the fixture reads as organic and asymmetric rather than mechanical. Each arm ends in an open socket for a decorative bulb, left fully exposed rather than hidden behind a shade, and the pole above the hub is adjustable so the drop can be set for a high or low ceiling. Left on, the bare bulbs give a warm, ambient scatter of light rather than a single concentrated source.

Where it works: a hallway, above a stairwell, or over a kitchen island.
