Six or ten brass rods radiate from a low white centre hub in this semi flush ceiling light, ending in bare exposed bulbs across a wide span.

A compact white cylinder sits almost flush to the ceiling, from which straight brass rods reach out horizontally in every direction, each one ending in an open lamp holder rather than a shade. Because the bulbs themselves stay fully visible, the choice of lamp becomes part of the finished look; a warm vintage-style filament bulb suits the exposed sockets better than a plain white one. This is a genuine Sputnik silhouette, with every arm ending in a bare bulb rather than a shade, crystal or globe, and it needs a genuinely wide kitchen island or a large dining room to read as intended rather than crowd the ceiling.
