Vishtaspa Pendant Light

Four pearlescent glass globes set at the ends of two offset bars, hung on twin rods so the whole frame reads as two crossed lines in mid air.

The frame is the design. Two straight bars sit at slightly different heights and slightly different angles, each carrying a globe at either end, and both hang from a pair of thin vertical rods under one round canopy. Everything is powder coated in the same cream, so the metal recedes and the four spheres do the work. The glass is opal with a faint pearl sheen rather than a flat white, which is why it looks warmer than a plain milk globe when unlit. The arms are fixed in place and the drop height adjusts at installation to suit the ceiling.

Where it works: over a dining table, above a kitchen island, or in a dining room where a square footprint suits the space better than a long bar.

One correction worth making before you order: the supplier calls the glass transparent and it is not. It is solid opal, and you will not see the lamp through it.
