A cylindrical travertine drum, its natural surface pitted and veined like real quarried stone, is wrapped with a dark walnut wood band for structural contrast.

Travertine is a natural stone, and this shade is cut from it directly, so the small holes and cracks across its surface are part of the material rather than a flaw, each piece naturally unique. A dark wood band wraps around the middle, adding a warm contrast and visually anchoring the stone shade to its cable. This is the compact single-drop version of the design; the supplier also lists larger multi-head configurations under the same listing, which this description does not cover.

Where it works: a dining room table in multiples, a bedside table for a single drop, or a bedroom console.
