Three solid clear glass teardrops at staggered lengths from one round canopy in burnished bronze, dark enough to read as black against the clear glass.

The glass is thick and clear with a weighted base, so each drop concentrates light into a bright point rather than spreading it, and the internal stem is visible through the shade. Black fabric cables at three different lengths give the group depth and stop it reading as a row. The canopy is a round plate in a burnished bronze finish over solid brass, so the colour is in the metal rather than sprayed on, and all three drops run from one ceiling fixing point.

Where it works: over a bedside table, above a kitchen island, or centred on a round dining table.
