Papi Table Lamp

A sculptural column of blackened copper pipework rises to hold a single exposed bulb, with a red valve wheel and a green tap handle worked in as playful accents.

Built entirely from plumbing-style pipe fittings finished in a distressed bronze and black patina, this lamp reads as a small steampunk sculpture as much as a light source. A red valve wheel and a green tap handle are fitted into the pipework purely as decorative details, adding a flash of colour against the dark metal. The bulb sits exposed at the top, so the lamp is designed to be seen lit with a decorative filament bulb rather than hidden behind a shade.

Where it works: a console table, a dining room sideboard, or a bedside table for anyone who likes an industrial, characterful piece.

No bulb is supplied. Since the lamp sits exposed at the top, a decorative Edison-style filament bulb suits it far better than a plain frosted one.
