Yasaman Table Lamp

A cordless lamp with a wide painted iron disc for a shade, tilting on its stem, lined with a brass toned reflector that warms the light on the way out.

The shade is a shallow disc, dark grey outside and lined with a brass coloured band that bounces the integrated LED down onto the table rather than out into the room. It oscillates on the stem, so the pool of light can be aimed at a book or flattened out for ambience. A full charge runs for hours before it needs plugging in again. The base is a weighted iron plate and the lamp stands at a compact height. A charging cable is supplied.

Where it works: on a bedside table, on a hallway console, or on a home office desk. The supplier suggests outdoor dining tables, but no water rating is confirmed, so treat it as an indoor lamp.

Nothing on this lamp is user replaceable. When the LED or the battery goes, the lamp goes, which is worth knowing before you buy.
