Sarv Table Lamp

A lamp made almost entirely of fabric: a tapered cone base, a collar tier above it and a drum shade on top, all in the same natural linen weave.

There is no metal or glass on show anywhere. The cone base widens towards the table and is wrapped in a natural linen weave, then a shallow tier steps out above it and the drum shade sits on that, so the whole lamp reads as one soft object rather than a base with a shade balanced on top. Light escapes through the fabric at every level as well as out of the open top and bottom, which is why it glows rather than spotlights. It is a compact lamp built firmly for atmosphere rather than reading light.

Where it works: a bedside table, a home office desk, or a living room side table where a soft glow matters more than reading light.
