Sangtarash Pendant Light

A dome of deep Bordeaux velvet, built from pleated panels, spills into a cascade of long fringe that catches whatever light sits behind it.

The dome is built from individual pleated velvet panels stitched into scalloped points, each one trimmed where the fringe begins so the transition from solid shade to hanging thread reads as deliberate rather than an afterthought. The fringe itself falls in two lengths, a shorter dense layer over a longer looser one, giving it real movement rather than a flat curtain. Lit, the wine colour glows warm through the velvet; unlit, it reads as a piece of furniture in its own right. No technical spec was supplied with this item, so socket type, wattage and dimensions are not yet confirmed.
