Gohardasht Pendant Light

A brass drum wrapped in vertical ribbed glass, so the three lamps inside break into a run of bright vertical lines.

The frame is two brass rings top and bottom with slim uprights between them, and the wall is made of vertical reeded glass rods standing side by side. Lit, each rod picks up its own highlight, so from across a room the drum reads as a band of light rather than a single bright shade. The glass is clear, not frosted, so the lamps stay visible through it and the fitting sparkles rather than glows. It hangs on chain, which means the drop can be set at installation to suit a hallway with height or a dining table you want the light close over.

Where it works: centred over a dining room table, in a hallway with height to give it, or on a landing where it is seen from below and from the stairs.

The supplier sheet and the supplier description disagree on lamp count. We read three in the photograph and are confirming it with them.

Returns 14 days from delivery, no reason required. If it arrives damaged we cover the return — transit damage is our problem.
