Nikshahr Flush Ceiling Light

A band of faceted glass beads sits above a band of natural wood beads, gathered into a rope knot with a tassel hanging below, giving a small flush ceiling light real texture for a hallway.

Thirty strings of beads hang from a round frame, glass at the top catching whatever light passes through it and plain wood below giving the piece its natural, handcrafted feel. The three lamps sit centred within the beading, casting light out through the strands rather than down in a single beam, so the fixture reads as ambient rather than task lighting. The rope knot and tassel at the base are a genuine design detail rather than an afterthought, finishing the piece with a bit of movement. It arrives as a self-assembly kit.
