Brass Table Lamps

Brass carries the structure in this group rather than the shade, as a stem, a base or a lamp holder under glass, marble or an amber reflector. A black disc lamp with an amber reflector and brass stem, a textured glass globe on a marble column, and a clear glass base with a gold-tone holder show how differently the brass detail can be used from piece to piece. Antique brass, brushed brass and clear glass are common finishes. Bedroom, bedside, console, dining room and hallway are the rooms these suit, and several are sold as a base only with the shade separate.
