Sputnik Chandeliers

Radiating arms give this group its shared silhouette, from a ten-light matt black sputnik sphere with bare lamp holders to a multicolour glass starburst on a brass hub with pastel frosted rods. Opal glass globes on curved chrome or brass arms sit alongside the more overtly sputnik pieces, on an adjustable pole drop or a rigid stem. Brass, crystal, fabric, glass, metal and steel all appear as materials. Dining room, dining table, living room and bedroom are the rooms these are built for, and the bare-rod versions read more strongly period than the globe ones.
