An amber glass shade with a torn, ruffled edge like a bell flower, on a brushed brass fitting with a turn switch, hung from a twisted fabric cord.

The glass is hand-finished rather than moulded flat, so the rim breaks into soft points and the surface carries warm marbled streaks that catch the bulb's glow. This is the 16cm size in the range. The brass fitting keeps a small turn switch on the neck, so the light can be switched at the fitting rather than only at the wall, and the cord is a twisted fabric flex rather than a plain cable.

Where it works: as a bedside drop in place of a table lamp, along a hallway, or in a living room corner.

What comes in the box is listed on every product page under What is included. Most fittings arrive without a bulb so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. Some carry an integrated LED instead, and a few items are a shade or a bulb on their own.

If you need conformity documentation for a particular fitting, ask before you order and we will request it from the supplier. We do not make a blanket compliance claim across the range, because the paperwork varies by item.
