Ravar Wall Light

A solid rectangular block of travertine, 30cm long, fixed to the wall, open underneath, that drops a single soft wash of warm light down the surface below it.

Travertine is a pitted stone and this piece is cut to show it, so the face carries open pores and fine bands of cream and natural beige that no two blocks repeat. The block is closed on every side but the bottom, which turns the fitting into a downlight: you see the light on the wall rather than the source itself, and the pool it makes has a soft edge instead of a hard cut off. Because the stone is thick and the emission is narrow, the block reads as a quiet horizontal line by day and gives a low, textured glow at night. There is no visible switch or cable, so it is intended to be wired into the wall.

Where it works: along a hallway at chest height, either side of a living room fireplace, or above a bedroom headboard where a soft downward pool is enough to move around by.

What comes in the box is listed on every product page under What is included. Most fittings arrive without a bulb so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. Some carry an integrated LED instead, and a few items are a shade or a bulb on their own.

If you need conformity documentation for a particular fitting, ask before you order and we will request it from the supplier. We do not make a blanket compliance claim across the range, because the paperwork varies by item.
