A flat opal disc shade sits on a short white marble column, with a brass touch control on top and no cable in sight: it is rechargeable.

The shade is a wide, flat opal glass disc dome, domed at the centre, set on a stubby marble column, the stone patterned in white with pale veining running through it. A small knurled brass button on top of the shade is the only control, and there is no plug or cable, because the lamp runs on its own rechargeable battery. In a white marble colourway, it moves freely from a bedside table to a coffee table without hunting for a socket.

Where it works: a bedside table, a coffee table, or a living room where a socket is inconvenient, since it runs cordless.

What comes in the box is listed on every product page under What is included. Most fittings arrive without a bulb so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. Some carry an integrated LED instead, and a few items are a shade or a bulb on their own.

If you need conformity documentation for a particular fitting, ask before you order and we will request it from the supplier. We do not make a blanket compliance claim across the range, because the paperwork varies by item.
