Shahram Wall Light

Two opal glass cylinder shades set at different heights on a single curved brushed brass stem, so the fitting climbs the wall rather than sitting flat across it.

The stem rises from a small round backplate, splits, and turns up into two arms of unequal length, each finished with a turned collar holding a plain opal cylinder. Opal glass diffuses evenly, so each tube glows along its whole length with no visible lamp and no hot spot, and the light is soft enough to sit at eye level in a hallway. This is the right-hand fitting, mirrored from the left-hand version, which is what lets a pair be hung as mirror images either side of a door or bed.

Where it works: in a bedroom flanking a bed, along a hallway between doors, or in a living room either side of a chimney breast.

What comes in the box is listed on every product page under What is included. Most fittings arrive without a bulb so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. Some carry an integrated LED instead, and a few items are a shade or a bulb on their own.
