A 160cm horizontal branch with an LED strip set into its underside, so the light comes from a line rather than a point and the timber form stays the object you look at.

The bar is shaped like a real limb, irregular in diameter, forked at one end and knotted along its length, which is what stops it reading as a plain linear pendant. At 160cm this is the longest length in the range, a statement piece for a long dining table or a wide kitchen island. The LED is recessed into a channel on the underside so the diode line is not visible from a seated position, only the wash it puts on the table below. Suspension is two thin cables from a narrow ceiling plate cut in the same finish. The supplier describes the material as a wood effect resin; the photograph reads convincingly as timber, so the exact material is not fully confirmed.

Where it works: along the length of a long dining table, or over a wide kitchen island with the height to carry it.

What comes in the box is listed on every product page under What is included. Most fittings arrive without a bulb so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. Some carry an integrated LED instead, and a few items are a shade or a bulb on their own.
