The dome-shaped shade is blown from glossy yellow glass, so it catches the light across its whole curved surface and diffuses it into a soft, even glow. It sits on a slim polished chrome column and a wide flat chrome base, a pared-back mid-century shape that suits both a traditional and a contemporary room. The cable is a plain white flex running from the base. A choice of power and control options is available: a USB toggle switch, a USB remote, or a USB RGB remote, alongside a mains-plug version supplied without a bulb.

What comes in the box is listed on every product page under What is included. Most fittings arrive without a bulb so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. Some carry an integrated LED instead, and a few items are a shade or a bulb on their own.
