Tangeram Floor Lamp

A tall floor lamp built from a column of stacked wood beads in a near black finish, rising to a plain cream drum shade at reading height.

The stem is made from a run of turned wood beads threaded one above another on a slim black rod, giving the whole floor lamp a warm, handcrafted rhythm rather than a plain straight pole. A simple cream drum shade sits on top, and the black disc foot keeps the piece stable next to a chair or sofa. The wood tone is a deep, near black stain rather than a light or natural wood.

Where it works: beside a reading chair, in the corner of a living room, or next to a bed in a bedroom in place of a table lamp.

What comes in the box is listed on every product page under What is included. Most fittings arrive without a bulb so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. Some carry an integrated LED instead, and a few items are a shade or a bulb on their own.
